La maliziosamente simpaticissima Cinzia Canzian , pierre dell'azienda 100% femminile Le vigne di Alice , ci conduce in un assaggio "dal morbido al duro" attraverso la piacevole cremosa beva dell' Extra Dry fino alla stuzzicante secchezza del Brut Doro e all'eleganza del tradizionale Brut Tajad , figlio, appunto di un taglio delle storiche uve bianche locali verdiso, prosecco, Boschera and bianchetta .
