Kundalini, the latent state, lies at the base of the spine on a plexus which equates to the lowest chakra, called Muladhara in general, and particularly in the sacrum. It is traditionally represented by a sleeping serpent, wrapped around the base of the spine in three turns.
Its name derives from the word kundala, which means wrapped, coiled, spiral.
Since ancient times, the snake was considered a symbol of transformation, thanks to its ability to change the skin and has been associated with the physical, and spiritual enlightenment.
The Rod of Asclepius or caduceus of Hermes, a symbol of modern medicine, presents us with a snake wrapped around a stick.
Kundalini is light, as the intense glow of a young and powerful, lightning and sound, and Mantra, its sweet sounds is similar to the confused hum of swarms of bees in love, it produces melodious poetry.
The rise of this energy would experience, in full awareness, new states of consciousness and would usually be accompanied by a series of special phenomena that can be physical, sensory perception.
The actual manifestation of the awakening of Kundalini is the perception of air, a slight breeze, a gentle breeze, a cool breeze on top of the head and the palms of your hands.
